At ease, soldier. My son asked me why his army men are on standing on skateboards. So we made this scene for fun. Cut the rifle out of this soldier’s hands, glued rocket launcher pieces to make the wheels and glued him to the sink.
So this demented little dude is now in Target.

He’s Watching You
WW2 poster / Star Wars mash-up.
I’ve been wanting to draw this for a while. I love Glen Grothe’s original “He’s Watching You” poster from 1942. The helmet of the soldier in that design is so visually prominent, it always made me think of Vader.
